Ham 'n' Potato Casserole
3 (16 oz) packages frozen hash browns
3 (8 oz) packages cheddar cheese, shredded
2 pounds ham, diced
2 cans condensed cheddar cheese soup
2 onions, diced
1 quart of milk
Mix all ingredients in a large roaster pan. Bake at 400 degrees
for 1 hour. Stir occasionally while baking. Yields 8-10
servings.
