Cinnamon Apple Crisp
6 Apples, Sliced
1 Cup Water
1 Box White Cake Mix
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Margarine, Melted
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Vanilla Ice Cream
Arrange apples in the
bottom of an ungreased 9x13 pan; top with water. In separate
bowl combine cake mix, brown sugar, melted margarine, and cinnamon;
stir until blended (mixture will be crumbly). Sprinkle crumb
mixture over apple slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or
until lightly browned and bubbly. Serve warm with vanilla ice
cream.
